Paul Hancock is an economics professor at Green Mountain College who has researched the history, economics, landscape and politics of the region from the southern tip of Lake Champlain to Hoosick Falls. His work examines the lives of working people and the forces that created the built environment and political divisions on both sides of the New York and Vermont border.

Curiosity Forum events are a partnership of Battenkill Books, Hubbard Hall, and Leslie Parke Studio. All events are free and open to the public, unless otherwise noted. Donations to Hubbard Hall to support the series are gratefully accepted.
