Amy Cotler, veteran culinary professional and farm to table advocate will talk about her new book, a comprehensive how-to guide for seeking out and savoring local food all year round. Talk, reading, signing with questions and answers.
Ms. Cotler has developed close to 1000 recipes, founded Berkshire Grown, an early regional local farm advocacy group that has served as a national model and has worked extensively to bring farm fresh foods into our schools.
